LH Media Productions COVID Safety Plan

During the global COVID-19 pandemic, client and staff safety is our top priority. Therefore, we have implemented the following safety policies and we ask that our clients and staff follow rigidly.

• All client consultations, and pre- and post-production meetings will be conducted remotely via email and videoconferencing.

• At this time, the client is responsible for arranging their own makeup and wardrobe, and be ready when arriving on set. We can recommend a makeup artist if necessary.

• Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes will be available in multiple areas of the studio.

• Prior to client arrival, all surfaces, especially high-touch areas such as light switches, water faucets and door knobs, will be disinfected.

• We will take everyone’s temperature prior to entering the studio.

• All LHMP personnel, including video technician and actor/singing coach, will wear a N95 mask and gloves at all times.

• Two meters of physical distancing will be maintained throughout the video shoot between the video technician, actor/singing coach and client.

• During filming, if the green screen cloth surfaces, props or equipment need to be adjusted and they are in close proximity to the client, we will ask the client to step away first to maintain physical distancing.

• No observer is allowed in the filming area. One parent is allowed to observe in the lounge adjacent to the video studio (see floor plan below) to remain physical distancing. Others accompanying the client will need to wait outside of the studio. We will give them a call when the video shoot is complete.

• Lunch, snacks and drinks will all be consumed in separate rooms at the studio between the video technician, actor/singing coach and the client.

• If anyone involved in the video shoots (clients or LHMP personnel) is experiencing any flu-like symptoms prior to the shoot, they must notify LHMP immediately to reschedule the video shoot.
